THE ORDINANCE HAS BEEN UPDATED AS OF 1/30/2025, TO INCLUDE A 6 MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE BUILDING OF "BARDOMINIUMS", AND THE PROHIBITION OF THE PLACEMENT OF SHIPPING STORAGE CONTAINERS.  (The new ordinance document will be available on the new township website, coming soon.)

The Lake Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a special meeting on May 22, 2025 to approve the minutes of the two hearings held on May 16, 2025.  Meeting will be at 9:30 Am in the township office building.

Please note that under new business there will probably be two items added prior to the meeting.  Both  items are for recommendations from the planning commission that are to be voted on.  One for changes to the zoning ordnance on residential structures and one for commercial solar power equipment.
